Bacon Potato Chowder

List of Ingredients
8 or more slices of bacon, cut into pieces
2 cups 1/2 inch cubed potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1-1/4 cups milk
1 can (10 oz.) condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 can (8 oz.) whole kernel corn or use frozen corn
1/4 tsp. pepper and salt
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves (optional)
Recipe
In 3 Quart saucepan cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes or put in the microwave. Cook potatoes stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender 15-20 minutes. Cut into cubes. Add all ingredients into crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
