    List of Ingredients

    Midwest Chowder

    10 oz Cheddar Cheese

    ¼ C Butter

    ¼ C four

    2 C Milk

    1 Can Cream Style Corn

    2 C Diced Potatoes

    ½ C Diced Carrots

    ½ C chopped Celery

    ¼ C Onion

    Salt & pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Cook potatoes, celery, carrots & onion for 10 min, don’t drain (just enough water to cover). Add corn. Make the white sauce & melt cheese. Add to vegetables and simmer
