Butterfinger Cookies

¾ c. sugar
½ c. margarine
1 egg
1 ¾ c. flour
¾ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
2 c. chopped Butterfinger candy bars
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar and margarine until creamy. Beat in eggs until light and fluffy. Blend in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chopped Butterfingers. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Can add nuts. Bake 11 to 13 minutes, or until cookies are lightly browned. Let stand on cookie sheet 2 minutes before removing.
