Butterscotch Chip Cookies

2-1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup softened butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 (4oz.) instant butterscotch pudding or vanilla
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (12oz.) package butterscotch chips
Recipe
Mix flour and baking soda. Combine butter, sugars, pudding and vanilla in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, gradually add flour mixture. Stir in butterscotch chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
