Oatmeal Scotcheroos

1 ¼ c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 c. (2 sticks) oleo, softened
¾ c. sugar
¾ c. packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups quick oats
11 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips. Drop by round tablespoons onto un greased baking sheet Bake 7-8 minutes for chewy or 9-10 for crisp. Cool on sheet 23 minutes remove to wire rack to cool completely.
