    2 c flour
    1 t baking soda
    2 t baking powder
    1 t salt
    1 c butter, softened
    1 1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 eggs
    1 T water
    1/2 t orange extract
    1 1/2 c quick cooking oatmeal
    1 12 oz pkg butterscotch chips

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 375*. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, combine the butter, brown sugar, eggs and water. Mix until creamy. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Add the orange extract. Fold in the oatmeal and butterscotch chips. Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
