    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. sunflower seed nuts
    1tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 c. oatmeal

    Recipe



    Cream sugars, and shortenings. Add eggs, coconut, sunflower nuts, and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Drop the spoonful on greased cookie sheet
    Bake at 250 until lightly brown.
