    4 Layer Butterscotch Dessert

    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 1/2 c. milk
    2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding
    1 c. Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar

    Recipe




    Melt margarine and add brown sugar, flour and pecans. Press ingredients into 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Let cool.

    Mix with mixer the milk and pudding.

    Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar in a separate bowl. Spread this mixture over the baked portion, then pour pudding over second layer.

    Fourth Layer: Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and garnish with pecans
