List of Ingredients




½ c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
3 c. peeled and diced apples
½ c. chopped walnuts



Recipe



Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Then add apples, spices and salt, and vanilla. Add nuts. Lastly, add flour, sifted baking soda. Bake in a 9x9 inch pan at 325 for 30-40 minutes. Serve warm with cool whip.
