1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg
20 oz. can apple pie filling
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

1 c. sour creamRecipe
Heat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg at low speed until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread with pie filling. Combine brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples.
In small bowl, blend sour cream, egg and vanilla. Pour over sugar mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until sides are golden brown. Serve warm or cool. Refrigerate any leftovers.
