Crust:
1 stick of oleo
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Blend like pie crust and press in 9x13 pan bake 350 for 12 to 15 min do not over bake---cool.

Whip:

1 (8oz) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 (8oz.) cool whip

Pour in cooled crust. Chill 20 minutes.

Whip 2 minutes

2 pkg. small lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk

Pour over cheese layer- chill remaining 1/2 cool whip on the top. Can sprinkle pecans pn top if you want
