    Peaches & Cream Dessert

    Base:

    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding

    Combine all ingredients and beat 2 minutes with mixer. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Drain 1 large can sliced peaches. Keep the juice. Place peaches over the batter.

    Topping:

    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. peach juice

    Mix together well. Spoon topping over batter and peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before baking for 30 minutes at 350°.
    This is the most awesome dessert served warm with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
