Homemade Mac and Cheese
16 oz. Macaroni Noodles
16 oz. Sour Cream
16 oz. Cottage Cheese
16 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
12-16 oz. Velveeta
4 T. Melted Butter
4 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
Recipe
Cook Macaroni until just tender. Drain well. In medium bowl mix sour cream, cheeses, and butter. In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Stir Noodles into cheese mixture and then add egg mixture. Put in a buttered baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 until golden brown.
