2 lb.ground beef
1 c sour cream
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 egg slightly beaten
11/2 c dry coarse bread crumbs
poultry seasoning to taste and garlic
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c water
Recipe
Mix ground beef, sour cream, soup mix, egg, and crumbs. Form into balls. Brown at 350 on a jelly roll pan until brown. Put balls in a roasting pan or crock pot. Blend soup and water pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer or about 40 min. until done.
