    1 1/2 lbs. beef top round steak, 1/2 inch thick
    1 cup fine cracker crumbs (I use Ritz)
    1 beaten egg
    1 T. milk
    1/4 cup salad oil

    Recipe



    Pound steak 1/4 inch thick; cut into serving pieces. Blend egg and milk. Dip meat in egg mixture, then in crumbs. Slowly brown steak over low heat 45-60 minutes or until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 6
