Cream Cheese Spaghetti

List of Ingredients
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
3/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) box spaghetti, uncooked
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Place all ingredients except spaghetti and Parmesan cheese in large bowl. Mix lightly. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 2 hours.
Cook spaghetti following package directions. Drain. Add spaghetti to marinated mixture. Mix well. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Serves 6.
