    Grasshopper Mint Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8oz.) ctn. Cool Whip, thawed
    1 c. chopped Keebler fudge Shoppe grasshopper cookies
    3 drops green food coloring
    Additional keebler fudge Shoppe grasshopper cookies, halved for garnish
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 (6oz.) can ready crust chocolate pie crust


    Recipe

    Mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until well blended. Fold in Cool whip, chopped cookies and green food coloring. Spoon onto crust.

    Refrigerate 3 hours or over night.

    Garnish with additional cookies. Refrigerate leftovers.
