Impossible Pumpkin Pie

List of Ingredients

¾ c. sugar
2tsp. Butter or oleo, melted
2 eggs
2 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
½ c. bisquick baking mix
1 can 13oz. Evaporated milk
1 can 16oz. Can pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla




Recipe

Heat oven to 350 or 325 for glass pie pan. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend one minute on high speed or two minutes with hand mixer. Pour into 10 in. greased pie plate.
Baked until knife inserted comes out clean. 50-55 minutes. This pie makes its own crust.
