1# ground beef

1/2 c. chopped green pepper

1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce

1 pkg. (3.5 oz) sliced pepperoni, chopped

1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced olives, drained

2 c. (8 oz) mozerella cheese, shredded

3/4 c. Biscuit/baking mix (Bisquick)

2 eggs

3/4 c. milk


Recipe



In large skillet, cook beef and green pepper: drain. Stir in pizza sauce, pepperoni and olives.


Transfer to a greased 11x17 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.


In small bowl, combine buscuit mix, eggs and milk until blended.


Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.


Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
