    4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 stick butter or margarine
    to taste Worcestershire® sauce
    1/2 cup onion
    1/2 cup celery
    to taste salt
    to taste celery salt
    enough sour cream
    enough finely crushed cheese cracker crumbs


    Recipe



    Clean chicken and pat dry. Coat with sour cream and cracker crumbs,
    pressing the crumbs in. Melt butter in a pan in a 350º F.
    Season to taste with salt, celery salt, and Worcestershire® sauce. Place
    chicken pieces in hot butter "bone-side" down, and then turn immediately so
    both sides are coated with seasoned butter.
    Bake, basting occasionally, for about 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Eat and enjoy!
    Makes 4-6 servings.
