chicken breasts, boned
2 eggs
1/4 c milk
1 package favorite potato chips, crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350º. Grease low-sided baking dish. Mix egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll in potato chips. Season with pepper and paprika. Place chicken in prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
