2 sweet potatoes peeled and cubed

1 onion cut into wedges

1/2 packet dry ranch dressing

8 chicken thighs

Preheat oven to 400 Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and make sure everything is well coated Lay in a single even layer on baking sheet Bake for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is done and sweet potatoes are tender.
