Salsa Fiesta Chicken
2/3 cup original Bisquick mix
2 Tbs. of water
1 egg
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. vegetable oil
3 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 1/4 cups Olde El Paso Thick N Chunky salsaRecipe
Heat oven to 400 spray 8 or 9" pan.
Stir together Bisquick mix, water and egg. spread in pan, sprinkle w 1 1/4 cups of cheese.
Cook and stir Chicken in oil until outsides turn white, drain. Stir in slasa and heat until hot.
Spoon over batter in pan to within 1/2" of edges(so dough can rise around and make crust).
Bake 20-25 min or until edges are dark golden brown. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake additional 3-5min.
