Bacon Ranch Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
3 lb. new red potatoes (cut into 1/4 inch slices)
1/3 c cold water
1/2 c Miracle Whip
1/2 c celery slices
1/2 c red pepper strips
1/4 c Ranch Dressing
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/8 t garlic powder
1/2 c sliced green onions
6 slices bacon--cooked until crisp and crumbled
Recipe
Place potatoes and water in a 3 qt. microwave dish and cover.
Microwave on high for 14-16 minutes, or until tender, stirring after 8 minutes. Drain. Mix dressing and seasonings in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients except bacon,mixing well. Add bacon before serving. Refrigerated for at least 30 minutes before serving.
