Baked Chicken Salad

3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
mayonnaise
2 cups crushed plain potato chips
Recipe
Combine chicken, celery, 1/2 cup cheese, lemon juice, seasonings and enough mayonnaise to moisten; toss lightly. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Combine remaining cheese and potato chips; sprinkle on casserole. Return to oven until cheese melts
