2/3 c. Hellmann’s light mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 apples, cored and chopped
2/3 c. sliced celery
½ c. chopped walnuts
Recipe
Combine the first four ingredients. Stir in remaining 4 ingredients. Cover and Chill. Yields: 5 cups.
