Cucumber Salad

List of Ingredients
3 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 large green bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 c. thinly sliced onions
1 T. celery seeds
1 T. salt
½ c. cider vinegar
¾ c. sugar
Recipe
Mix cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, celery seeds, and salt in large bowl cover w/ plastic wrap and let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Drain in a collander. Return to bowl. Add vinegar & sugar; toss gently. Cover w/ plastic wrap and refrigerate 6 hours to overnite. Salad may be stored up to 3 weeks.
