DIANA'S SPINACH SALAD

Baby Spinach

Romaine or other greens to add interest & color

Mandarin Oranges, drained well (you don't want a soggy salad)

English Walnuts



Sweet & Sour Dressing:

1/4 C Vegetable Oil

1 Tbsp White Vinegar

1 Tbsp White Sugar

1 Tbsp Snipped Parsley

1/2 tsp Salt

Dash Pepper

Chill the dressing before tossing all together



I usually double the recipe for the dressing to be sure to have enough to coat it all
