3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 can condensed eagle brand milk
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugarRecipe
Melt chocolate in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir in milk. Cook until thick on low heat as will scorch easily. Add water, salt, and sugar. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Add vanilla. Serve warm. Makes
1 3/4 cups.
