Caramel Puff Corn

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag puff corn, (hullness popcorn)
Recipe
Boil 2 minutes, stir constantly, the brown sugar, margarine, and light corn syrup. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda and vanilla. Mix throughly. Pour over popcorn. Bake for 1/2 hour at 250. Cool slightly and break apart and store in plastic bags.
