1 pound white candy coating or white chips
24 cups popped popcorn
3/4 cup finely crushed peppermint candy candies or candy

Recipe



Melt white candy or chips in microwave or in heavy kettle, stirring until smooth. Place popcorn in large bowl, pour on about 1/2 of the melted candy or chips, stir well, repeat with other 1/2 of candy stirring well. Sprinkle on 1/4 cup of the crushed peppermint, stir in, repeat twice more. Pour onto wax paper lined baking sheet. When hardened, break apart. Store in airtight container.
