List of Ingredients
1 can (12oz.)salted peanuts
1 can (7oz.) potato sticks
3 cups butterscotch chips
3 tablespoon peanut butter
Recipe
Combine peanuts and sticks in a bowl; set aside. In a microwave, heat butterscotch chips and peanut butter at 70% power for 1 to 2 minutes or until melted. stirring ever 30 seconds. Add peanut mixture ; stir until evenly coated. Drop by rounded tablespoonsful onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate unitl set, about 5 minutes. Store in airtight container.
Yields: 4 1/2 dozen
