Broccoli Cheese Soup

¼ cup chopped onion

2Tbls butter

¼ c flour

2 cups milk

2 cups chicken broth

¼ cup finely diced carrots

2 cups chopped broccoli

Salt & pepper

1 cup cubed Velveeta Cheese




Recipe



Cook onion & butter until tender. Partially cool broccoli & carrots separately. Blend flour into onion & butter add the milk, broth & salt & pepper to taste. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly, add broccoli and carrots. Reduce heat. Add cheese 10 min till serving cook until melted. Make 4-6 servings
