Cheese Potato Soup

List of Ingredients
8 cups potatoes (cubed, bite size)
1/2 onion (chopped
2 Tbs. margarine
2 chicken boullion cubes
2 Tbs. parsley, 5 cups water
Seasoning to taste
Also: 1 - 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 cup flour, 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Recipe
Put first 6 ingredients in crock pot. Cook on high for 3 - 4 hours then
4 hours more on low. Mix the evaporated milk and flour together and add with
the Velveeta (cubed) and cook one more hour.
