    List of Ingredients




    ½ cup finely chopped carrots
    ½ cup finely chopped onion
    ¼ cup finely chopped celery
    2 Tbls oleo

    Melt oleo and sauté the vegetables over low heat until tender. Then add:

    ¼ cup flour
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 cups light cream or milk
    6 oz. American cheese

    Recipe



    Heat over hot water until cheese is melted and soup is heated through. Do not boil.

    This would be good with bacon or ham added also.
