1 lb bacon (for quick cooking you can use precooked bacon)
3 cups diced potatoes
1 cup diced onion
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Fry bacon and crumble

Boil potatoes, onion till cooked. Do not drain, add remaining ingredients and simmer. Salt and pepper to taste.
