Tomato Bean Stew

List of Ingredients
8 oz. dried bean blend, sorted, rinsed
1 stalk sliced celery
1 small chopped onion
3 cup water
1 can whole kernel sweet corn, undrained
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 tsp. sugarRecipe
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes and sugar in a crock pot.
Mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 (high 5 to 6) hours or until beans are tender.
Add tomatoes and sugar.
Mix well.
Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated
