List of Ingredients





1 1/2 lb. lean beef cubes
1 c. celery
6 carrots, cut
1 large onion, sliced
4 meduim potatoes, quarted
1 can whole tomatoes
1 T. sugar
2 T. minute tapioca
salt to taste



Recipe



In pan mix all ingredients. Do not brown meat first. Cover lightly and bake 250 for 5 hours. Do not peak while baking.
