BUTTERMILK SCALLOPED POTATOES

1 quart of thinly sliced, peeled potatoes
2 T. chopped parsley
1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
2 cups buttermilk
1 8 oz. pkg. cheese, shreddedRecipe
Spray a 9"X13" pan with PAM. Put the potatoes and flour into a plastic bag and shake until blended. Put the flour-coated potatoes in a single layer in the pan. Top with parsley, onions, and cheese. Pour buttermilk over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done
