32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
Defrost in large bowl 2 hours or can make ahead of time. Add:
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded onion
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Put in greased casserole dish, 9 x 13 inch. Top with:
2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and brown on top.
