1 egg
1 c. sour cream
¼ c. margarine, cut-up
1 c. grated cheese
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
½ c. chopped onion
Recipe
Mix all ingredients into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350. Very easy and good too.
