Crunchy Cheesy Potato Casserole

1 package frozen hash browns (chunk style, not shredded)
1 can cream of celery soup (can also use cream of mushroom)
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 small can french fried onions (Durkee's is a good brand)
4 tablespoons melted butter
salt
pepper
parsley flakes to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe
Combine potatoes, soups, milk, 1/2 can french fried onions, butter and seasonings in a large mixing bowl.
Pour mixture into a 13x9x2 baking pan that has been sprayed with PAM.
Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Remove cover; top with the shredded cheese and remaining onions. Put back in oven (uncovered) and bake for approximately 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions are browned.
