List of Ingredients




1 onion, chopped
1 large bag frozen hash browns
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips




Recipe



Thaw hash browns until they can easily be broken into
small pieces. Combine the remaining ingredients, except cheese
and potato chips, with the hash browns. Put in a well greased
9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of hash browns. Add
potato chip crumbs last. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
