Ruth's Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes

5 – 7 pounds potatoes
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
Onion flakes
Salt, pepper


Recipe



Cook potatoes and mash. Fold in sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper. May also use garlic salt or Lawry’s seasoning. Put potato mixture in a crock pot that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Top with onion flakes. Set crock pot on low, stirring occasionally. Serves 15 people.
