    Almost Fat Free Key Lime Pie

    1 small box sugar-free lime Jell-O
    3/4 cup hot water
    12 oz Cool Whip free
    2 teaspoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    8 oz fat-free cream cheese
    1 reduced fat graham cracker crust

    Recipe



    Dissolve gelatin in hot water and let cool.

    Mix cream cheese with cooled gelatin.

    Add sugar substitute and lime juice. Blend well.

    Fold Cool Whip into the mixture. Pour mixture into crust. Refrigerate
    2-3
    hours or overnight.

    Can put it in the freezer overnight and then let it thaw a little in
    the
    refrigerator. Can also substitute lemon Jell-O and fresh lemon juice
