    Mexican Style Pork

    1 lb pork boneless loin roast (cut into 1 inch pieces)
    1 (20 oz) jar salsa
    1 (4oz) can chopped, drained green chiles
    1 (15oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

    Recipe



    Combine pork, salsa and chilies in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low heat for about 6 to 8 hour or until pork is soft and tender. Stir in beans and cook again for about 5 minutes or until hot. Finally drizzle some cheese over it.

    Weight Watchers Points: 6 per serving
