Baked Brie / Roasted Garlic and Sun-drie

List of Ingredients
- 1 wheel Brie, rind removed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 3 tablespoons shredded basil
- 1 whole head of garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and cut into strips
- crackers or bread slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut 1/4 inch off the pointed end of garlic. Put rosemary on top of garlic then add oil. Bake until tender about 20 minutes. Squeeze garlic and smash with rosemary and spread on top of brie. Blace brie in ovenproof dish. Top with tomatoes and pine nuts. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F. Bake brie for 13-16 minutes. If topping is getting too brown, cover loosely with foil during last portion of baking.
