Blue Cheese Spread
I got this recipe from my local newspaper several years ago. It is good with vegetables or crackers. If you add a little milk to thin it, it makes a good dip for buffalo wings.
List of Ingredients
- 4 oz. blue cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 small onion, grated
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- Black pitted olives, sliced, to taste
Instructions
- Soften cheeses to room temperature and mix well with other ingredients.
- Put into small crock or bowl and refrigerate. Soften to room temperature before serving.
