    Ham and Onion Bruschetta

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 ounces diced ham
    • 1 cup seeded, chopped plum tomatoes
    • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
    • 1 cup vidalia onion chopped
    • 2 tablespoons mayonaise
    • 1 loaf baguette-style french bread


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a medium bowl combine ham, onion, tomatoes, mayonaise and mustard. Arrange bread in a large baking sheet, top with ham mixture. Bake until heated through, 10 - 15 minutes. Serve immediately, or at room temperature.
