Recipe Introduction
I took a class in Bergenfield and here are the appetizers we made.
List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces Sour cream
- Fajitas Seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- salsa
- Sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped and drained
- guacamole
Instructions
- Mix sour cream and fajitas seasoning, put in refrigerator. Heat refried beans in microwave. In a shallow serving platter spread refried beans. Then guacamole, next a layer of salsa,followed by a layer of sour cream mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and tomatoes.
Final Comments
Serve with Corn chips.
