    Recipe Introduction


    I took a class in Bergenfield and here are the appetizers we made.


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces Sour cream
    • Fajitas Seasoning
    • 1 can refried beans
    • salsa
    • Sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 pound plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped and drained
    • guacamole


    Instructions


    1. Mix sour cream and fajitas seasoning, put in refrigerator. Heat refried beans in microwave. In a shallow serving platter spread refried beans. Then guacamole, next a layer of salsa,followed by a layer of sour cream mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and tomatoes.


    Final Comments


    Serve with Corn chips.
